Our process is simple and quick. Once you contact us, we will send you our New Patient package. This package contains everything required to complete a file for an interview with one of our Specialists. It is simple and straight forward.
After we receive your completed package your patient interview is scheduled with our Specialist. This appointment is conducted via doxy.me, facetime or skype. It remains completely confidential. We do not contact your family physician regarding your interview. After your consultation we then assist with the growing application and submission of same to Health Canada.
We are here for ongoing support, free of charge, because we know during the course of the year questions or concerns can arise. Amendments to your license may be needed, and we can handle these, for you, with ease.
Every year Health Canada requires that your license be renewed and specifies that your renewal application be submitted to them 8 weeks prior to the expiry date of your license.
