If you came through our service for your original license, we can do a simple renewal for you. The steps are quick and easy and at this time you have the option to stay at the same gram amount or you can upgrade to a higher amount.
Our Specialists realize that there are several factors that would contribute to the decision of an upgrade and do their best to accommodate you. The factors would be discussed during your consultation.
After your physician review, on your instructions, we assist with the submission of your renewal application with Health Canada or mail your new medical document to you.

You have a license with Health Canada but are NEW to Cannabis Clinic Canada (Division of LB Patient Services)
When you contact our office we will send you our NEW Patient package, as you have not consulted with one of our Specialists before. This package contains everything required to complete a file for an interview. It is simple and straight forward.
After we receive your completed package your interview is scheduled with our Specialist. The appointment is conducted via doxy.me, facetime or skype. It remains completely confidential. We do not contact your family physician regarding your appointment. After your interview we then assist with the growing application and submission to Health Canada.
We are here for ongoing support, free of charge, because we know that during the course of the year questions or concerns can arise. Amendments may be needed to your license and we can handle these, for you, with ease.
Every year Health Canada requires that your license be renewed and specifies that your renewal application be submitted to them 8 weeks prior to the expiry date of your license.
